Thoughts on Robert Allen Wealth Building?

Has anyone signed up for the Robert Allen Wealth Building seminars? Is it useful? A rip off? Anyone get the 3 day training DVDs and are willing to make a copy?

1. Don't do it!! If you are serious about building your wealth and want to do it for the long run and not get ripped off, you should read the book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and check out the website: www.reinvestorsolutions.com/swiderco. They will help you figure out the best way to build wealth. Robert Allen will just upsell you at the seminars.
2. Robert Allen is really no longer valid. His system worked a long time ago, and really doesn't have much leverage in the current Real Estate system. Is he a Scam.. Yes in some ways, as he keeps info from you and forces you to keep buying greater and better books or educational bundles, along with a service that really doesn't help you at all. Really, currently he is a great way to go into debt. Don't you think if his system worked so well, that he would still be doing it even now, versus trying to sell these books and videos etc. Rich Man Poor Man.. While nicely written is basically the same thing, lots of good feelings, but little substance. If you want to get into Real Estate Investing. Look for a Investing group in your area, hang around them and learn from them. I have included a link to the National Real Estate Investors association. Take a look and see if they have a group in your area. Good Luck!
