Anyone been to The Donald Trump Wealth Building Seminars?

Is it any good or worthwhile? It's in my area this week and I was thinking of attending, but I want to hear if it's garbage before I committ. Sometimes these networking and "so called" educational seminars turn out to to be live infomercials trying to get you to buy something. Just want to see if Trumps was different and really does teach people something.

1. It's just another infomercial trying to sell you something. You can go to the library and get a book on real estate investing and get the same or better info.
2. I have heard they are worth it. If you go and get one connection,, just think about it. Im going to one this oct. just for the networking. Im in land sales and figure 10 contacts, if one buys, it will pay for itself. Plus, you don't know what you might learn. You never stop putting arrows in the quiver. I think it is worth checking out.
