  1. Wealth should never be redistributed or built by the government for individuals within the society. Each person is responsible for themselves and those within their own family unit. So with this in mind, the obvious answer is YES, sustaining the economy is more important than any socialist wealth building programs.
  2. I don't have an answer to this question, but I just wanted to let Diamond Dave know that I enjoy reading his answers to people's questions. They are always very well thought out and I have agreed with every single one of them. I have learned a lot and I just want to say thanks for sharing your knowledge! ~Sara
  3. Good human development is directly dependent on a steady growdth in the economy for any country. It is vice versa as well. If the society has proper growth in terms of standard of living or per capita income it rises the level of economic prosparity in the country. And if the economy is doing well, their is no way the society in general can be in a state of decay. But if some certain elements of society is more prosperous in their per capita income while the rest of society is lacking behind, their will be economic fluctuations. So sustaining the economy is more imporatant than individual financial growth.
