Anyone use money management international ?

has lot of debt and heard about this company , has anyone use them and what was the outcome or their experience with them .Also did it worked .were they to bring down your balance and get you out of debt.

1. I recently used them for a potential grant to catch up on my mortgage. I applied three weeks ago and the only way I got an answer as to if I was approved was due to I kept emailing the person whom was assigned to my case. The person whom was supposed to be helping me, I believe actually hurt me she wasn't that knowledgeable and slow to getting things done. When I applied I only need one month payment for mortgage, however by the time I got the denial answer I am now two months delinquent with the threat of escalation of my loan. I do not believe that the approval team gave me a fair chance. I am self employed and I work part time, however they only focused on my part time salary which couldn't possibly help me pay my mortgage, in spite of the fact that I sent them a copy of a new contract I recently received. If you do use them, let me know. If you are assigned to Wendy Peralta, ask for someone else.
