2. Remove MUGABE, try him for crimes against humanity and give the farms back to the white farmers and democracy back to Zimbabweans. Try Tony Blair and G Bush for allowing this despot to cause suffering on a scale that makes Idi Ahmin look like a boy scout.
4. At least in South America, I would suggest focusing spending on the education of women which are often a very fragile group that perpetuates poverty. Spending on women's education should focus on: - Ensuring women are able to sustain their families on their own if required by facilitating training, micro-credits, day-care for children, health, etc. - Learn family planning, nutrition, home economics and the value of education for their children - This way mothers will have a higher likelihood of raising children in an environment that doesn't perpetuate poverty
