1. Savings and investments. It's not how much you make; it's how much you keep.
2. Start a Roth IRA right now. Don't wait. Even if it is only 30 bucks a month, do it now. I wish I did 10 years ago. I would probably have 10 or 20 grand in the bank right now at only 30 bucks a month.
3. buy land with a house on it. rent the house. buy more land with houses on them. rent those houses. save all the money. in the meantime, live frugally. eventually sell the land when it's worth more. buy more cheap land with house on it. repeat whole process for 20 years. now you're rich.
